SI Engineering Services, PLLC was founded in 2005 by Steven Ignatiou, PE and concentrated on performing Pre-Purchase Home Inspections in its initial years. Other Engineering work soon followed that included inspections and evaluations of roofs/building envelope systems, structural systems, and commercial buildings. Steven Ignatiou has used and continues to draw upon his prior experience and expertise as a New York City based Engineer that included work with low, mid, high rise buildings, commercial parking garages, and large plazas. His philosophy in dealing with clients is to ‘Under Promise and Over Perform’ and all work is based and completed on the client’s needs.

Steven Ignatiou is a long-time resident of the Long Island community with a BE (Bachelor of Engineering) from Hofstra University. He holds a PE (Professional Engineer) license in the state of New York and has over 30 years in the industry.
